Please join the Lesbian and Gay Democratic Club of Queens for The Road Ahead: LGBTQ Rights in a Blue NY on Monday, January 7th at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 33-50 82nd Street in Jackson Heights, starting at 7:30 pm. The event will feature Amanda Babine, Director of Policy and Programs, New York Transgender Advocacy Group (NYTAG), David Kilmnick, Chief Executive Officer, LGBT Network, and other special guests, who will focus on what Democratic control of Albany means for LGBTQ rights in New York. The meeting will also feature an update from club founder, and NYC Council Finance Chair Daniel Dromm, and an election for the club's 2019 board (only members in good standing may vote).
Refreshments will be served and the meeting is free and open to all.
