First things first - you need to vote! Before you vote, use the tools below to ensure a smooth experience at the polls. New York State has closed primaries which means you need to be a registered Democrat to vote in Democratic primaries. If you need to register to vote for the first time, or update your information, you can do so online, through the mail, or in person at the Board of Elections.
Once you’ve done that, you should find your local democratic club, join, and consider attending their next meeting. Democratic clubs are the heart of our grassroots organizing efforts across Queens. It’s one thing to talk about politics on social media, but if you’re really interested in getting involved, your local democratic club is the best place to start. We also encourage you to sign up to volunteer with Queens Dems. We’ll let you know about upcoming opportunities in your neighborhood and throughout the borough.
