Please join Queens Dems and Queens County Young Democrats (QCYD) on Friday, March 23rd at 6pm for A Conversation on Gun Control. The panel discussion will feature Assembly Member Brian Barnwell, Council Member Rory Lancman, and Mohammed Tazbir Alam of #FIGHT4AFUTURE. The panel will be moderated by Dori Ann Pliska, Executive Vice President of QCYD. Following the panel discussion there will be sign-making for March For Our Lives and refreshments will be served. Materials for sign-making will be provided but supplies are limited. This event is free of charge and all are welcome.
On Saturday, March 24th Queens Dems and QCYD will meet at 72-50 Austin Street in Forest Hills and leave together at 10AM to travel into Manhattan for March For Our Lives NYC. The starting point for the march is Central Park West and West 72nd Street in Manhattan.
