Today we say our final goodbye to Mary Lu Plunkett, who was the heart and soul of the Queens County Democratic Party for more than sixty years. Mary Lu tirelessly served the people of Queens with her wit, charm, and personality. She brightened the many lives she touched throughout her distinguished career. Democratic Headquarters will never be the same without Mary Lu and we will miss her dearly. We extend our deepest condolences to her family at this time.
